‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers have to give the show’s writers credit for one thing — they’re exposing the Horton hypocrisy.

While Jennifer Horton (Melissa Reeves) was exposed by trying to take Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn)’s children, Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) is exposing the rest.

Well, the ones affiliated with Titan, anyway.

At the top is Maggie Horton (Suzzane Rogers) for her willingness to forget various ills done by others and not Xander’s.

There was a time when she defended Xander as he’s a lot like Victor Kiriakis (John Aniston). But now, she and Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) act like he’s the worst.

Their current golden child to hold up against Xander and his ‘evil temper’ is Brady Black (Eric Martsolf).

After all, Xander tried to kill him for mistakenly injuring Sarah. Brady’s totally justified to be a pillar of virtue, right?

    As if!

‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Nearly killing Stefan

‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers remember how Brady was desperate to have Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) to himself.

Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barish) was in love for her and was an unwelcome competition. Granted, Stefan was influenced but he was still competition.

So, Brady teamed with Doctor Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) to brainwash him back. The problem? Brady nearly electrocuted Stefan.

Yep, he literally tried to fry Stefan’s brain he was so desperate to get Chloe to himself.

In the end, his efforts worked, but that was worse than Xander. Xander was lashing out because they thought Brady crippled Sarah, not for a date

And now that Xander fired Brady, both Sarah and Maggie will rip into him.

Sarah is simply mental as she holds Brady to a level Brady’s nowhere close to reaching. He has to improve himself, she doesn’t. He has to be the one to capitulate, she doesn’t.

She gives Brady a pass for his past transgressions while holding Xander accountable not for his actions, but because he didn’t tell her if he did or didn’t beat Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier).

    Yep, we remember.

‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Victor wanted Ben Weston dead

Now onto Maggie. We’ve documented her sexist stance against Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) before. She’s always right and is the victim while refusing to listen to anyone saying otherwise.

But now she’s going to defend Sarah and Brady because Xander is so horrible, right?

Well, there was a time when Xander did the right thing and went unthanked.

The moment we’re referring to was when Victor demanded he strangle Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) to keep him from Ciara Brady (Victoria Konnefal).

Xander refused to numerous times, and Maggie interrupted them before Victor could do it. Victor was forgiven and Xander went unnoticed.

As we mentioned above, Maggie saw Victor in Xander, but not now. And all because Sarah is hurt because he didn’t tell her what he did, but Brady is above reproach.

We love when characters are redeemed, but not when their past is completely ignored and praised as saints. But that’s the Horton way, and Brady is now a part of that.

Maybe had Brady, Maggie, Philip, and Alex actually shown up at the office and worked half as hard as Xander, they’d understand the pressure he was under.

After all, all hands on deck to them means come and go as they please.

In the end, Xander seems to be the only one who cares about saving Titan, Maggie and the others only give it lip service while trashing him.

How much more hypocrisy will Xander expose before he’s done? Let us know in the comments below.
