‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers suggest that Peter Blake (Dan Gauthier) is obviously smarting from being the supposed “black sheep” of the DiMera family.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Peter Is Disgusted with the DiMera Family
Peter has held onto resentment and has a serious grudge against them. He despises EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) for skating on the consequences of many of his questionable actions, while Peter has been incarcerated.
Peter was the only DiMera to face repercussions for his misdeeds. He’s obviously envious of EJ for always escaping legal punishment, no matter what he’s done.

He’s especially disgusted with EJ for hurting his siblings over the years, and being the most like their father, Stefano DiMera (Joe Mascolo).
Peter feels overlooked and mistreated by them, so much so that he kidnapped them all one by one, and they all ended up in the crypt together. He wanted to teach them a lesson.
As Stefano’s adopted son, he felt that his family had only used him when they needed his vote for their company but had abandoned him otherwise.

When Peter revealed himself as the mastermind of this little family reunion, no one was surprised that it was him.
Peter has always been a wildcard, and it’s obvious he wants revenge. He threatened to kill his siblings with poisonous gas.
Thankfully, Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk) heroically saved the day, a role that’s quickly becoming Kristen’s modus operandi.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Kristen Is the Only DiMera Who Grew Up with Peter
Kristen knocked him out cold with a huge bone that had been discovered in the crypt. The DiMeras managed to escape the crypt relatively unharmed.
However, Theo Carver (Tyler Joseph Andrews) suffered a significant blow to his head, and Kristen had to be treated for a fever and a nasty hand infection.
Kristen is the only DiMera who grew up with Peter and loves him, which is why it was heartbreaking to watch her decide to take him off life support.

Kristen’s brothers, Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghilis) and Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn), were present to support their sister. Of course, EJ was all for taking him off life support, but Kristen wanted to pull the plug for a very deeply personal reason.
Kristen admitted she’d lost touch with her faith long ago, but still believes only God has the right to make the ultimate decision about who lives and who dies.
While Kristen hit Peter over the head hard enough that he ended up on life support, she still loves her brother. However, she wouldn’t have let Peter kill her other brothers.

Despite all the years of backstabbing and betrayal, the DiMeras love each other and stick together. There has even been some evidence of love between EJ and Kristen. Yes, their fight in the crypt was insane, but still.
Even though Kristen would love nothing more than to destroy the brother responsible for her mother’s disappearance, we’ve seen hints of mutual respect between them.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Stacey Haiduk Played the History Between Kristen and Peter Masterfully
That said, Kristen adores Peter. It was easy for Kristen to pretend to be on Peter’s side when he was going to kill her brothers, because it was always Kristen and Peter vs the world.
However, when Peter wakes up, she’ll be at his bedside, and he’ll immediately scream at Kristen to “get out!”
We have to wonder if he’ll eventually forgive Kristen for her perceived betrayal. It would be very interesting to explore the bother-sister dynamic between Peter and Kristen.

After all, Peter has been absent from the canvas since 1998. It’s been a long time since Kristen and Peter were involved in each other’s lives.
Like always, we need to praise Stacey Haiduk for her exceptional work on the storyline. It’s worth noting that when Peter last appeared on the DOOL canvas, Jason Brooks played him, and Eileen Davidson played Kristen.
Haiduk played the history between her character, Kristen, and Peter so beautifully and convincingly that you would think she had played the part for decades. Her portrayal is so raw, honest, and emotionally complex.

Stacey Haiduk is always fabulous and commands every scene she’s in. Kristen’s love for her biological brother was on full display, even after she betrayed him and whacked him over the head.
Kristen may also face another difficult decision soon. She may need to commit her brother to Bayview for mental health treatment as he’s obviously dangerous.
We hope Peter forgives his sister and is eventually accepted into the DiMera family. Yet, we still need to know more about what made Peter snap.
