Days of Our Lives spoilers, Wednesday, May 13: Lending an ear
First, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal fallout from Lexie Carver’s (Nikki Crawford) return. We know Paulina Price (Jackée Harry) was already worried. It got worse after she saw Abe Carver (James Reynolds) visiting Lexie. So, she’s likely thinking every fear she had about this return is coming true.
That’s why Marlena offers Paulina support. We don’t know if Marlena will seek Paulina out, they’ll just run into each other, or another setup for this conversation. But it’s clear the subject of this sudden return will come up, and Marlena is clearly going to try making Paulina feel better about this. She’ll encourage Paulina to trust in the love Abe has for her, but to realize that they’re going to have to find a way to deal with the changes that will come with Lexie’s return.
Days of Our Lives spoilers, Wednesday, May 13: Not so fast…
Speaking of EJ’s big project, he pulls a fast one on Gwen Rizczech (Emily O’Brien). We’re sure that Gwen has already heard the good news about Lexie. So, she’ll likely be seeing dollar signs and be eager to share in this victory. However, the vibes between him and Gwen haven’t been great. So, we think EJ has leverage stashed away and plans to cut Gwen out of any profits entirely.
While we have overall liked Gwen, we sort of can’t blame him if he does. She did put the project at risk when she brought Dimitri Von Leuschner (Peter Porte) back. And she’s definitely caused more than a couple of other complications for EJ of late. And flaunting Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) around the mansion until EJ kicked her out hasn’t endeared her to EJ, either.

Finally, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) pays Alex a visit. There’s been so much going on, and Steve has likely heard about the baby now himself. So, he’s going to watch to check in on Alex and see how things are going with that and how Stephanie is handling it all. If that’s the case, we’re not sure how Stephanie will feel about that.
