‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers suggest that EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) may be behind Peter Blake’s (Dan Gauthier) death, as Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (Richard Wharton) may have plans for Kristen DiMera’s (Stacey Haiduk) brother.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Peter Was About to Kill His Siblings When Kristen Took Action
As Peter had the DiMeras right where he wanted them, in the DiMera crypt, he was about to kill them all. Years of resentment toward Stefano DiMera (Joe Mascolo) and his children, especially EJ, had built up, and Peter decided it was time to eliminate them.
He had brought with him a vial of sarin gas. Peter was about to release the poison when Kristen took swift action. She hit him over the head with a bone so hard that it knocked him out.
Peter was in the hospital on life support, and EJ wanted Peter to die. He made that perfectly clear. EJ told his brothers it would be best if they pulled the plug.
Kristen decided she would let Peter die with dignity and had Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) discontinue the life support. Miraculously, Peter started to breathe on his own.
While Kayla and Kristen had exited from the room, Dr. Rolf snuck in and injected him with something, and shortly after, he was pronounced dead. We can’t imagine the soap bringing Peter back only to kill him off without a purpose.
Kristen is out for blood when it comes to EJ. Rachel Black’s (Alice Hasley) hospitalization, coupled with her brother’s death, was a bridge too far for Kristen. Right now, she blames EJ for everything.
Kristen even had an intriguing proposition for Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). She offered to help bring EJ down. We have to wonder if EJ ordered Dr. Rolf to kill Peter to keep the DiMeras safe.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Dr. Rolf and Peter Have a Tumultuous History
Dr. Rolf and Peter also have a sordid history. Back in the day, Peter had contracted jungle madness, and Stefano had Peter go to Dr. Rolf for the cure.
However, as he was about to receive it, he attacked the mad scientist, lost the cure, and took off in Dr. Rolf’s airplane.
There may still be some madness in Peter’s mind, which makes him a danger to the DiMera family. Perhaps Dr. Rolf has a plan to revive him and brainwash him as only the DiMeras can.
Dr. Rolf can transfer people’s memories to others. He may want to put Stefano’s consciousness into Peter. Dr. Rolf may be using Peter to test his lab experiments. The show has been dancing around a Stefano resurgence for months.
If EJ is behind Peter’s demise, it would make perfect sense, given the brewing animosity between the two. Either the wicked doc truly killed Peter on EJ’s behalf, or he faked his death so that he could use him.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: EJ May Want to Use Peter for His Experiments
It would be really strange after the soap built up Peter’s return, hired a capable soap actor, only to abruptly kill him off without actually giving him any real story.
Plus, he’s Kristen’s biological brother. He has family roots that run deep in Salem. Rachel Blake (Roslyn Gentle), aka the Woman in White, is his mother.
Even though Peter is not a true DiMera, his death makes no sense at this point. Plus, Rafe and Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu) realized that Peter must have had an accomplice.
Kristen will shoot EJ herself if it turns out that he had anything to do with harming her brother. DOOL spoilers indicate that the family feud between EJ and Kristen reaches a fever pitch this winter and escalates into all-out war. The altercation they had in the crypt is just the beginning.
We can only imagine Kristen’s reaction if EJ gave Dr. Rolf an order to take Peter out, brainwash him, or use him for shady experiments.
There are three people Kristen cares about: her daughter, Rachel, her mother, Rachel Blake, and her brother, Peter. Heaven help EJ if he’s faced with the wrath of Kristen DiMera.
