Days of Our Lives spoilers update for Tuesday, April 9 indicate that Will and Sonny are playing the waiting game. Poor Will is having anxiety about his upcoming test results, but not to worry! Sonny is being ever the good boyfriend and will be there for him in his time of need. Of course, Sonny is on edge too, but he’s pulling an academy award winning performance and trying not to show this face to Will. He provides him with reassurance that everything will be okay.

And now they have to break the news to Will and Sonny, of course they’ll try to stay strong in the face of this terrible news, but expect to get your tissues out, folks! This won’t be an easy pill to swallow for either of them.

Meanwhile, Marlena has a dilemma. She realizes that Eric has feelings for Sarah, but wants to keep his promise to God. However, Mama thinks that it’s just not necessary and that the man upstairs would want her son to be happy above all else, so, like a typical Mom who just wants her son to be happy, she’ll go to Sarah and talk to her about it. You’ve heard about the road to hell being paved with good intentions, right? This will be no different. Marlena will either get rudely interrupted or back out at the last second, not sure yet, but that’s where the money is. Either way, Sarah’s going to know about Eric’s feelings, and that may put the brakes on her marrying Rex.
Sonny isn’t the only one giving an academy award winning performance! So is Claire Brady, but for entirely different reasons. In spite of her misgivings, she’s going to help Haley get ready for her wedding to Tripp, but we all know that Claire isn’t that much of an adult. She’s only pretending to be so that she can possibly record more dirt to reveal on the upcoming nuptials.

Poor Jennifer is fit to be tied ever since Eve announced her wedding to Jack. She hates the idea of them being together and just wants her man back! (And as an old school Jack and Jennifer fan, I concur!) She and Eric will team up to see what they can do to derail Eve’s plans to marry Jack. Looks like there wil be no happily ever after in Salem, ain’t nobody got time for that! Stay tuned!!!
