As we mentioned before, Stefano DiMera (Stephen Nichols) decided Rolf should take one for the team and be the fall guy for Jennifer Horton’s (Melissa Reeves) attack. This reveal was both shocking and logical to Abigail Deveraux (Kate Mansi). Due to Gina’s (Kristian Alfonso) other priorities, Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering) will be handling the hunt for Dr. Wilhelm Rolf tomorrow. But will Rolf be the only one he busts? We’ll have to wait and see on that.

It looks like Abigail isn’t the one who’s struggling with the idea the “real” attacker is still out there. ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers tease that Jack Deveraux (Matthew Ashford) will comfort Jennifer on Wednesday. Not great timing for more trouble ahead, as they just finally celebrated their first day home together since getting married a year ago. We know that Marlena has had enough of sharing space. “Hope Brady” (Alfonso) has been weird, and she’s getting strange vibes about her and John Black (Drake Hogestyn). It bothered her so much, she demanded John make her leave. When he pointed out the time of year, she said this is the perfect time for her to go back to Doug and Julie Williams’ (Bill and Susan Seaforth Hayes) place to spend the holiday. Since ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers hint Gina is upset by John’s decision, we’re not anticipating a happy celebration. Especially with her victim and the thorn in her side in the same house.

In other news, it seems that even a psychologist needs someone to talk to, although her choice might not be so great. Teasers say she’ll confide in a guilty Kate DiMera (Lauren Koslow). This wording of that one is interesting, as it implies that Kate is 100% in the loop on what’s going on in Stefano’s lair. Will this conversation end up changing her allegiance? We’ll have to tune in and find out.
