We did see him back in 2018 as he did a couple of cameos, but he wasn’t under contract then so that was just a guest starring appearance. We are very happy to see him on the show more this summer. We also hope that we hear news that he has a full contract! We think that there could be a lot more excitement brewing as he comes back to the show.

Why is he coming back to Days of Our Lives? We think it could be a number of things. Will Days of Our Lives finally reconnect him with Kayla? Could that be the number one reason that he is coming back? Will they get back together? We would love to see that relationship be rekindled.
There could be another reason that he is coming back. The kidnapping of Holly could be it. Since Patch has plenty of experience as being a private investigator, he could be very useful in helping to get her back. Or is he coming back to work more on the case of Ciara and Chloe’s hostage situation?
One of the final reasons that we think Patch could be coming back is a brand new case on the horizon. As the drama builds on the show, what could happen next? We think that his services will be needed as soon as he comes back into town.
No one knows the exact reason that he is returning and we really hope there is some action and romance involved when he gets back.
