‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers tease that there’s a strong possibility that we might be seeing Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash & Tyler Christopher) in the near future. After all, he was a very important member of the DiMera family and someone who was connected to a lot of people (and shady dealings) in Salem. Plus, Stefan was a little too smart and calculating to die the way that he did. Or at least, that’s what fans think. Here’s what you need to know.

It was earlier announced that Brandon Barash would be leaving his role as Stefan DiMera on the hit NBC soap. As many fans can recall, he took over for actor Tyler Christopher, who left the role earlier this year to focus on personal matters. And while it was never specified how long Brandon would remain on ‘Days of Our Lives’, many fans thought it was quite odd that he left the way he did, seeing how he was just getting into his groove as Stefan.

Stefan DiMera died in the crossfire between his mother Vivian Alamain (Rob Strasser) and Lani Price (Sal Stowers). But just with every other death on daytime television, a lot of viewers are questioning whether or not the man is dead. It might very well be that he might end up resurrected just like his mother Vivian and so many other characters that have called Salem home. As a matter of fact, Salem is the kind of place where almost every resident gets a second lease on life no matter how many times their enemies try to kill them off.

Seeing how Brandon Barash doesn’t have any projects in the pipeline right now, there’s a good chance that he might come back to ‘Days of Our Lives’ in the future. So far he hasn’t made any comments about the possibility. Which brings us to Tyler Christopher. In a June, 2019 interview with Soap Dirt Tyler said that he was open to a daytime return, if he were contacted. Fast forward a couple of months, and we have a Nikolas Cassadine recast on General Hospital as Marcus Coloma, and a dead Brandon Barash Stefan DiMera on Days of Our Lives.

Considering Tyler’s stance on a return to daytime TV, the fact that one his two iconic tv alter egos has been recast, as well as conjecture surrounding Barash possibly not returning to DOOL, it seems like this would be the perfect opportunity for a return. Tyler Christopher as Stefan DiMera makes a lot of sense.
