Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, May 4: Support
First, Chanel comforts Johnny. Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal he was lucky to be alive. And the fact Sophia Choi (Rachel Boyd) caused the whole thing intentionally has to make the trauma even worse. So, he’s going to need a lot of support right now. Unfortunately, we wonder how long that can last. After all, the writers seem determined to go the illness route that’s already been part of Beyond the Gates for a while.
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, May 4: It’s war…
Meanwhile, EJ and Kristen trade accusations. According to the weekly promo, EJ will accuse Kristen of being behind Sophia’s attempt on Johnny. It makes sense in some ways. We still think it’s completely out of character for Kristen to kill an innocent relative just to get back at EJ. Especially when it’s not like her own daughter is dead because of EJ’s actions. However, it is smart for him to wonder after Kristen came to Sophia’s defense.
Of course, Kristen wasn’t counting on Sophia going off script and going movie super villain on Johnny, rather than just shooting him as Kristen instructed. If Sophia had listened, Johnny would be gone and couldn’t have told anyone that Sophia made an attempt on him. But it still feels a bit careless to defend Sophia.

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Monday, May 4: Bad news… or is it?
Finally, Days of Our Lives spoilers indicate Jada reveals Sophia’s fate. Amy Choi (Shi Ne Nielson) will be called to the Salem PD by Jada. And it appears blood was found at the scene of Sophia’s attack, as Jada tells her said blood is a possible match for her daughter. Obviously, Amy is going to be devastated, but is this really the end?
There’s a clip in the weekly promo where Kristen is at the DiMera mansion. She thinks EJ is back, but it’s really a soaked Sophia. She’ll tell Kristen she looks like she’s seen a ghost. Now, we’re not sure what to think. We doubt this is some hallucination. After all, why would Kristen feel guilty for getting rid of Sophia? But it also feels way too fast and easy for Sophia to be alive and well enough to confront her at the mansion. We’ll see.
