‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers say that the Devil will find it easier to control its host- Dr. Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall), but more difficult to conceal his true form from the good folks of Salem this week.
Doug Williams (Bill Hayes) will, of course, still struggle to get anyone to believe him, even though he’s telling the truth. Now that MarDevil has managed to get him committed to Bayview Mental Hospital, his rantings about the devil possessing the good doctor will barely raise an eyebrow.
‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: MarDevil Attacks as Suspicions Are Raised
Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes), however, knows her Doug and will start to grow suspicious of Marlena’s intentions and actions this week…and she’s not the only one.
Spoilers tell us that MarDevil will barely be able to conceal their mirth when Julie asks them to pray with her in the chapel. The coldness in Marlena’s eyes will shock embattled Julie, and Paulina Price (Jackee Harry) won’t be a fan of the change in Marlena’s glare, either.
It’s those closer to Doc though, who will notice the big changes in her personality with her husband, John Black (Drake Hodgstyn) confiding in Kayla Johnson (Mary Beth Evans) that his wife is acting strangely.
Abe Carver (James Reynolds) will be the first to wonder if history is repeating and when MarDevil revisits an old favorite disguise, John will start to see Abe’s point. John is also shook that Marlena is so eager to allow Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) to make his possession movie.
We know MarDevil will lash out at one unlucky Salemite this week. Will it be Abe, spouting off his (highly accurate) theory, or Paulina who could get caught in the crosshairs? Perhaps it’s John when he demands Doc remove those sunglasses or Julie, unable to accept that she is losing Doug to dementia?
