‘Days Of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers show that James Read will return to the character of Clyde Weston. Now that we know Clyde is going to cause a stir, let’s discuss what lies ahead and the potential for fresh drama that this presents.

To begin with, it appears like Clyde will press the buttons of Lucas Horton (Bryan Dattilo) while he is incarcerated.

Once Lucas and Clyde meet paths, there will undoubtedly be some tension in Statesville, but ideally Lucas will remain composed and refrain from doing anything that might result in a longer sentence. Ava Vitali (Tamara Braun) will get a terrifying warning from Clyde, who isn’t done spreading havoc.

Ava will receive a call that unsettles her, so she should count on Steve Burton’s Harris Michaels for support when she undoubtedly gets agitated.

Even though Harris assures Ava that he and Tripp Johnson (Lucas Adams) will keep her safe, it could be harder than he imagines! Fans of DOOL may anticipate that Tripp will find himself in a hazardous scenario in the upcoming episodes, which may prompt Clyde to pursue him.

Naturally, the major objective of all of this will be to further develop Ava and Harris’s love story. Although it’s still early on, going through another difficult experience can strengthen Ava’s friendship with Harris and elevate him to the status of hero.

Regretfully, Clyde is the type of man with a lot of external ties. Even though Clyde has successfully escaped from jail on a few occasions, he doesn’t actually need to be free to cause trouble for his adversaries.

Of course, the main goal of this will be to further the love narrative between Harris and Ava. Even if it’s early, going through another trying moment might make Harris a hero and cement Ava’s connection with him.

Sadly, Clyde is the kind of man who has a lot of connections outside of himself. Clyde doesn’t really need to be free to cause trouble for his enemies, even if he has managed to break out of jail on a few times.
