Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, March 19: Bad news
First, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Theresa is crushed by the news Shane Donovan (Charles Shaughnessy) gives her. Since she was specifically calling him to check on the situation with John Black (Drake Hogestyn), we assume Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) was right. He knows more than he let on, and it’s not good. Which actually feels a bit cruel to us that he didn’t just say so. Instead, he gave them John’s last known location for her and Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols) to look for him. If he knows they won’t find him safe and sound, we expect a lot of blowback to hit him.
As for Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), he tries offering Tate Black (Leo Howard) all the support he can. He’s got a big job ahead of him! Not only is Tate already dealing with the baby and adoption drama, but he knows John is missing. So, he’s obviously worried about that as well. It’s likely making the other problems look like nothing.

In other Days of Our Lives spoilers, Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) is filled in on what Joy Wesley’s (AlexAnn Hopkins) decided. Now, we did think for a moment that she might tell him the truth about that pregnancy test. Now, we aren’t so sure.
One, this would be way too fast and easy. Two, This is about a decision, not a confession. So, we think she might actually consider quitting to be away from Alex. Or at least plan out a long vacation or work remotely to avoid anyone finding out she’s carrying Alex’s baby.

Elsewhere, Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Philip are unaware that Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) is eavesdropping on them. We assume this is going to be a moment where he gets the wrong idea and thinks there is still something going on between Stephanie and Philip. Which he won’t approve of. Especially with Alex working with them now. Such a situation would spell trouble for their plans and the peace that has settled over the company and home. Of course, this will likely also be the beginning of the real secret coming out.

Speaking of that secret, Sarah does her best to hide her worries from Maggie Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers). Now this could also be about her stress over the hospital’s situation. But we believe it’s more about the fact she’s sitting on a timebomb that could explode any second. When it does, no peace will be left in that house. Plus, it might spell the end of her and Xander.
