    ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers for Wednesday, January 1 reveal EJ DiMera’s (Dan Feuerriegel) year is getting off to a bad start! Elsewhere, the night will bring some possible drama for Jada Hunter (Elia Cantu). We’ll also see Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) making their plans for the day. Here’s what you need to know.

    ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For Wednesday, January 1: Bad plan?

    First, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal Jada can’t help but notice that something is off about Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering). Of course, there is! He’s really Arnold Feniger (Gering). We had a feeling from the first moment he answered the phone this was going to be a disaster, just like EJ did. We wonder what will bother her more, the sudden pet names or the dog tag he’s now wearing?

    Of course, we assume it’s going to take a minute before she figures out what happened. After all, she likely doesn’t know Rafe had a presumed-dead double. It should be fun to watch for Arnold tries to get around any mistakes, as well as watching EJ stress over the situation.

    Elsewhere, Chanel DuPree (Raven Bowens) and Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) have a bash to ring in the new year. We sense big trouble! We’ve seen NYE parties in this town be about as successful and drama-free as a Salem wedding. So, there is bound to be trouble ahead.

    Going by the promo for the week, we wouldn’t be shocked if Chanel learns Johnny and Joy Wesley (AlexAnn Hopkins) slept together at this party. They did look dressed up in the clip.

    ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For Wednesday, January 1: Guess what?

    In other news, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal EJ had a rough day. Well, it’s about to get worse. Not only did he get fired and have to deal with Arnold and what he did to Rafe, but he gets a surprise courtesy of Belle Black (Martha Madison). Odds are he’s about to find out who is replacing him as DA.

    We’re sure he’ll just love to hear this one! As much as we love EJ, we do love seeing him tortured as well. His reactions are gold!

    Finally, Alex and Stephanie get dates for New Year’s Eve. We’re not sure who Alex has lined up, but we know who Stephanie’s date is. It will be Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier). She’s making such a massive mistake, it’s not even funny. We’re looking forward to this inevitably failing so she can finally get back with Alex.
