Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, February 12 reveal shocking news hits town. Meanwhile, Johnny DiMera (Carson Boatman) and Chanel DuPree (Raven Bowens) have a lot to talk about. Plus, Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) has a tough job ahead. Here’s what you need to know.
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, February 12: Shocking twist
First, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal we were a bit put off by Bonnie Lockhart (Judi Evans) basically being guilted and pushed into signing that document holding University Hospital harmless in her accident. However, we soon learned there might have been a good reason for it. Teasers say Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) and Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) are shocked by what they learn. That would be the news University Hospital is on the verge of bankruptcy. We imagine Kayla will do everything possible to try to find some way to save the place.
Still, we’re a bit iffy on this twist. Kayla is Chief of Staff. We’d imagine she would know they’re in trouble already, or should have been told. She’s one of the top people and would need to be aware of any serious issues affecting the place. Of course, we expect some big save coming at the last minute to keep things running.
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, February 12: Decisions
Elsewhere, the news Body and Soul is moving to California was a shock to everyone involved in the production. Including their director. Which means, Chanel and Johnny need to figure out what’s next. Sure, they were going to go to LA before so Johnny could take a job. Still, we don’t see the show writing these two characters out like that after throwing a save in there to keep them in town last time. Plus, with them recently dealing with a lot of drama in their marriage, we’re not sure either will be willing to make such a drastic change just when they were getting back on track.

Days of Our Lives spoilers for Wednesday, February 12: Bad news
Finally, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal Leo is apparently the show’s favorite to torture. Poor Leo just learned that, despite the show being so popular the service wanted to buy the rights to keep it going, Leo is out as head writer. And now, as he has done during his tenure on the show, Leo has to break bad news to someone. This time, he’ll inform Doug Williams III (Peyton Meyer) that job Leo promised is no more. We’re not sure what either character is going to do now, but we hope they’re both sticking around long-term.
