    ‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers for Monday, July 1 reveal EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) put out one fire only to have another! Meanwhile, Gabi DiMera (Cherie Jimenez) is a free woman! Plus, Tate Black (Leo Howard) takes desperate measures. Here’s what you need to know.

    ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For Monday, July 1: Cover up

    First, ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers indicate EJ was left in a bad spot last time. He did claim one victory, as Melinda Trask (Tina Huang) handed over Clyde Weston’s (James Read) black book. However, she doesn’t appear to be shy now that she has immunity.

    In fact, she’s angry enough about losing her job to spill the whole truth. EJ can’t have that. So, he’ll make Melinda a desperate offer on Monday, July 1. Whatever they discuss, we’re pretty sure Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker) walks in on it. One, they’re all standing together in the weekly promo.

    Plus, EJ overdoes it when Gabi and Stefan DiMera (Brandon Barash) walk in the room. So, he’s obviously trying to distract Nicole from whatever she may or may not have heard. We’re not sure how much longer EJ can stand up to this pressure.

    As for Gabi, she’s just happy to be back home and leave that whole murder mess behind her. We’re assuming the reunion with EJ and company won’t last long. The promo shows the pair escaping to their room for a private celebration.

    We’re reserving judgement on the new Gabi for now. We did have some doubts initially, but we do like the way she shot EJ down over his clearly fake joy for her. There’s definite potential there.

    ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers For Monday, July 1: Extreme measures

    Finally, let’s talk about Tate. ‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers reveal he and Holly Jonas (Ashley Puzemis) recently got busted together on prom night. And, clearly, none of their parents were thrilled. Teasers say this is going to make Tate desperate.

    He’ll try to get Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) to see things his way, but it obviously won’t work. The weekly shows Brady planning to send Tate away for the summer to keep the teens apart. Which, as you see in the clip, will make Tate come up with the idea for them to run away together.

    Will this be on Monday, July 1? Maybe. But we do expect the fight with Brady about going away for the summer to happen, at the very least.
