Days of Our Lives spoilers for Friday, November 21: Past sins
First, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal the past comes back to haunt Sarah. See, she and Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) are surprised when Rachel Black (Alice Halsey) pops up to confront them. Rachel just learned, thanks to an internet search about Sarah, that she’d once been called Mackenzie. And that Sarah ran off with her when the truth came out.
Sarah was already on Rachel’s list for the sin of hugging Brady. So, it’s going to be so much worse knowing that Sarah tried to keep her from her mother. Rachel will likely go off on them both for it, as she’s not very shy. And it’s a similar, or worse, sin than what Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord) did, and we all know how Rachel was all-in for making her pay.
We know Sarah will have a medical crisis Friday, November 21. And since Rachel is fully aware of Sarah’s allergy, thanks to that same search, we assume Rachel slips something in Sarah’s drink or food while they’re out.

Elsewhere, it’s also no secret EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) is not welcome at University Hospital. Not that anyone can do much about it right now. However, one might soon. It seems he raises Kayla’s suspicions. We all know she’s one of the more skeptical types. And we’re sure with Dr. Rolf in the mix there will be plenty of things for her to notice and question. We’re actually curious to see how she’ll react if/when she does learn Dr. Rolf is connected to the free clinic. She’s always considered him an evil quack. Which, fair enough on the evil thing. He does push limits. But we think a guy who can revive the dead, keep someone alive for years without a heart in their body, and make an infertile middle-aged woman a mother kind of knows what he’s talking about…

Finally, Days of Our Lives spoilers reveal progress. It seems Mark Greene (Jonah Robinson) works with Rolf on a mysterious experiment. We assume Mark is going to learn as little as possible about the goal here. But we might finally get some insight into that delivery and the end game.
