‘Days of Our Lives’ spoilers relate that John Black (Drake Hogestyn) and Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart) bond, Ciara Brady (Victoria Konefal) and Ben Weston (Robert Scott Wilson) confide in others about their relationship, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan) pleads his case, and Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall) takes a turn for the worse. ‘Days of Our Lives’ Spoilers: Brady Furious At Eric, Calls Him Out Over Sarah Kiss As Marlena Is Dying – Stefan and Ben Form Formidable Duo, But Ciara Gets In the Middle
John’s been keeping watch over Marlena when Leo arrives. He expresses concern for Marlena, as well as curiosity about the paternity results. John tells him that, yes, the test confirmed their father and son. Leo seems happy about this and wants to know all kinds of things about John, including his worth. Ha! We guess you can’t overcome the con impulses after putting them to good use for so long. Their talk soon turns back to Marlena’s situation, and Leo actually suggests that Diana Cooper (Judith Chapman) might have been involved.

Wow. We weren’t expecting that one. John’s incredulous, because that’s not the Diana he remembers. Leo suggests that he doesn’t know Diana anymore—not after all the time they spent with his evil fake father. They don’t get to explore this too much further, because Marlena starts flatlining, thanks to Diana’s addition to her IV line. Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans) rushes in, quickly followed by Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). They try reviving her, but Kayla suddenly stops her efforts and apologizes to John.
Relationship dramas continue
Ciara has been asked by Julie Williams (Susan Seaforth Hayes) to help out since Chloe Lane’s (Nadia Bjorlin) called out for the night. The subject of Ben comes up, and Ciara admits they’re not together anymore because he broke up with her. She explains his reasons, and Julie thinks that’s for the best. Ciara disagrees. She brings up a lot of good points about how others can be forgiven for their transgressions during a bout of mental illness and other circumstances, but apparently Ben can’t. She even brings up Doug Williams’ (Billy Hayes) con artist past. Julie’s not quite seeing things the same way, but Ciara wants to know how Ben is supposed to have faith in himself and keep being the better person he is if everyone else is telling him he’s a monster. Exactly what we’ve thought for a long time. Thank you, Ciara.
Meanwhile, Ben is being given some free time by Stefan DiMera (Tyler Christopher) for working so hard lately. He suggests spending some time with Ciara, but Ben says that’s not going to happen. He explains the situation to Stefan, and Stefan thinks he’s being ridiculous. He encourages Ben to have a little faith in himself, and we think these two are an awesome team. We hope they keep spending time together. We’re not sure about the future of this partnership right now, because Ciara shows up at the end to see Ben after learning that Ben’s working at DiMera again.

Temporary reprieve
Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) is still giving Eric hell for that kiss he walked in on. He can’t even believe Eric would do this again after the last time. Eric insists he’s not pursuing Sarah, but it’s best they keep this quiet. Given Marlena’s state (as far as they know) it’s better to keep the peace.
