Days of Our Lives (DOOL) spoilers indicate that star Robert Scott Wilson and Victoria Konefal know that their characters Ben Weston and Ciara Brady – who are better known to fans as ‘Cin’- have some serious competition! Both actors were surprised to see that their on-screen pairing lost a favorite couple contest on the Days of Our Lives app earlier this year.

While Ben Weston and Ciara Brady do a great job of steaming things up for the camera, they still have a long way to go, apparently. Robert recently told Soap Opera Digest, “Obviously, everyone loves John and Marlena. They have been the iconic queen and king of the show for many, many years. For us to be in the same field as them has been great. We were kicking ass by a lot. We were actually beating them all the way until the last day. Then something happened.”

And what happened? Jarlena fans is what happened! They stepped up to the plate!
Robert joked, “I Don’t know, man. It’s sketchy. No, I’m just kidding. Those guys stepped up. The John and Marlena fans let it be known loud and clear that they are not ready for Cin to take over everything just yet.”
And while Robert and Victoria might have felt a little bummed that they were left in second place, at least they know that they’ve got a couple they can look up to. Robert added, “If we are going to lose, I don’t mind it being to Marlena and John. That’s good company to be in, and I’m grateful to be a part of it. But I think next year we’ve got them, no matter what.”
