Chris Rock, 57, and Dave Chappelle, 48, have announced that they will be performing together at a comedy show in London after both comedians were attacked onstage in the middle of their performances. The show will take place on September 3, at the O2 Arena, with the tickets going on sale in just a few days, on June 10.
The comedians have set an age limit for their show, allowing only members 18 years and older. Recently, Rock joined Dave on stage in West Hollywood where they both poked fun at their attackers. In May, Chappelle was attacked onstage while performing a show in Los Angeles. The attack said he was “triggered” by the comedian’s jokes about the LGBTQ community. The attacker, Isaiah Lee said he was inspired after seeing Will Smith slap Chris Rock onstage.

The slap caused a huge controversy and debate, however, Smith went on later that night to win an award. While he continues to try to win back his fans, Dave and Chris have been using their attackers as the punchline of their new jokes.
Chappelle will also be in Buffalo, where he will be donating the money from the ticket sales to the supermarket shooting victims.
Both comedians continue to be at the top of their games and roll with the punches (no pun intended) and are the funniest the business has to offer. Having the two of them together is no doubt going to cause some ripples, though I’m sure this time around they’re going to have plenty of security when people want to incite violence because of a joke.
