Katie Thurston and Blake Moynes are best known for being on The Bachelorette, but it seems that one of them could be about to join another hit TV show.
‘Dancing With The Stars’: Blake Moynes Is Going To Join The Show
The couple got engaged on the finale, which brought an end to the season which created many talking points. With that still fresh in the memory, it looks as though the couple are ready to write the next chapter in their lives.
The new season of Dancing with the Stars is set to go ahead, and by the looks of it, Blake could be about to participate in the franchise. In a post on Twitter, the show’s producer (Robert Mills) said: “BIIIIIG #DWTS news coming soon,” to which Blake replied: “Can’t wait to get on that stage.”
Naturally, the news got fans buzzing, given that the show has a history of prior members of the Bachelor franchise. A quick look at history tells us everything we need to know. Kaitlyn Bristowe has appeared on the show, as well as Nick Viall, just to name a few.
So by joining, Blake would have a lot to live up to. The news, though, may have been accidentally leaked by Blake. The producer added: “Blake Moynes. Amazing secret keeper,” to which Katie responded: “Technically, DWTS didn’t send him that NDA, so I think he’s good to go!”
The news has left fans wondering whether Katie will join the show. After all, it would be hard for Katie to see her fiancé dancing with other women while she is at home. Having said all that, it seems she is unlikely to join and does not have much faith in her dancing skills.
In a post to her fans on Instagram, Katie shared a video of herself dancing rather badly. The video included the following comments: “I’m doing you a favour by not dancing on my channel. Look at this. I just went from, like, a hot girl to, like, a really unattractive-in-bed kind of girl.” It will be fascinating to see how Blake gets on, and the fans will be there every step of the way to support him.
