‘Counting On’ Spoilers indicate that, since Josh Duggar’s arrest and since the details started swirling about the circumstances, we’ve wanted justice. Today it was served in an Arkansas Courthouse when Josh Duggar was pronounced guilty on both counts of possession of child pornography.
It’s no longer if convicted, he’s been convicted, now all we have to do is await sentencing. For those who aren’t familiar, Josh Duggar was arrested on two counts of possession of child pornography when it was traced to a linux partition that had been installed on his computer at the car lot where he worked.
‘Counting On’: Josh Duggar GUILTY AS CHARGED!
Federal prosecutors said that this was some of the worst child porn material they had ever seen and some of these were 20 year vets. You would think that Josh Duggar, having seven kids of his own, would have qualms about viewing such content or even thinking that it existed but no, not Josh.
One shudders to think what his actual line of logic was when downloading such material. There were testimonies from Bobye Holt, a Duggar family friend, who tearfully testified that Josh Duggar had admitted to molesting children and even said that he had molested one of his own sisters during a family worship service as she sat on his lap, his sister would have been 4-5 at the time.
This wasn’t at night when everyone was sleeping, this was during a family worship service, everyone was conscious and awake, and unless the Almighty temporarily struck them blind like the Apostle Paul then both parents could clearly see what was going on, they just didn’t choose to step in and stop it when something could have been done about it, but I digress.
Today was a victory for Josh’s victims, for his sisters whose pain was ever so blatantly ignored by their own parents in the name of their own agenda, for his own children because they won’t have to grow up in a household with that kind of fear.
For his sons because they stand a chance of breaking the cycle, and for his daughters because they won’t know the same pain that their aunts did… and also for those children, whomever they were, that were exploited… the ones that Josh stared at on his computer screen… may they have found justice, peace, and closure. We at DSD will keep you updated on the sentencing. Stay tuned!!!
