ITV ‘Coronation Street’ Spoilers tell that fans were left on the edge of their seat after Friday night’s episode, and tonight they will find out whether Yasmeen Nazir was finally able to escape the clutches of Geoff Metcalfe. Due to the change in schedule because of the coronavirus, tonight’s episode will essentially be the second episode that was meant to air last Wednesday.
Viewers saw on Friday how Yasmeen finally stood up for herself after finding out that Geoff had been seeing an escort. However, it was left as a cliff-hanger as the episode ended with Geoff declaring that Yasmeen wasn’t going anywhere as he stood in the door and blocked her way out.

Yasmeen will finally be allowed to escape the house in the first half of the episode this evening, and she will go straight round to Alya Nazir’s house to tell her that she is coming to the wedding. In the process, she will also admit that her granddaughter was right about Geoff. Alya will be determined to see Geoff pay, but there is another shock in store.
Viewers have already grown tired of Geoff’s lies, and he will emotionally blackmail his wife tonight. Just as Alya and Yasmeen are getting ready to go to the airport, she receives a text from Geoff stating that he will take his own life should she leave. Will that finally be the final straw as Yasmeen decides to stay?
ITV ‘Coronation Street’ Spoilers: Ken Barlow Makes Huge Decision!
Also tonight, viewers will learn that Ken Barlow has made the decision to run against Charles in the race to be the next president as Still Waters retirement home. Ken was left fuming with Charles last week as he was handed a huge fine for having his dog Eccles in the retirement home for one night.
Ken approached Charles about the fine and demanded to see the rule book. Charles revealed that new ones were being made, which made Ken question whether Charles was secretly scamming the residents.
