CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that it’s going to be a rocky road for Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) when we return to our current storylines. He had a massive bombshell dropped on him before we had to take a hiatus due to COVID-19. It was announced by his father, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden), that he was the one responsible for the murder of A.J. Montalvo when he was a child.
This affected both Victor and Adam deeply. Victor went to find solace at his bar and had Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) come to his side. Many people haven’t seen Victor this upset for a long time and are worried about not only him but his decision to let Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) take back over as CEO. While there’s all of this to worry about, we’re all wondering, what’s next for Adam?

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: What’s Next For Adam After Finding Out The Truth?
Adam had gotten the CEO position for a while, but this has ultimately derailed everything for him. Plus, I get that many viewers of the show aren’t Adam Newman fans, that’s fair, but we have to know what’s going to happen to him? Will this make him fight back that much harder? Or is he going to close himself off for a while, perhaps even take a trip back to Kansas and talk to his childhood friend, Alyssa Montalvo (Maria DiDomenico) to try to seek more clarity on the news.
Whatever happens, I’m not sure Adam will be the same after this. He may end up accepting what Victor told him, but I’m not so sure Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) will let him give up so easily.
