CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that star Sasha Calle (Lola Rosales) says that if it weren’t for her co-star Michael Mealor (Kyle Abbott), being on the set of the show would have been incredibly harder than it already is. That’s because Michael has been her rock, in more ways than one. Here’s what you need to know!
When asked what was the hardest part about starting her new job in Genoa City, she said it was the shear amount of lines she had to memorize day in and day out. Thankfully, her co-star has helped her every step of the way. The brunette beauty puts it this way, “Learning 40 pages a day. I mean, every single day. Thank God, I had Michael Mealor with me. It was difficult, but at the same time, it was a lot of fun because we were all a team doing it together.”

With that said, a lot of fans can’t help but wonder what is in store for Lola and Kyle Abbott when the hit CBS soap returns to the small screen. As a of press time, the cast and crew of ‘Young and the Restless’ have been asked to come back to the studios on Monday, July 13th. Earlier reports had indicated that they were supposed to come back on Monday, July 6th, but that date was pushed back one week so the producers and the crew can make sure that everything is done to help protect the health and safety of everyone on set. Here’s hoping that we will be able to see new episodes as early as August. Until then, we will just keep our fingers crossed!
