CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers finds that in an unlikely scheming on the show, it looks like Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) may get some questionable advice from Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) – as if he doesn’t have his own drama going on. After Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) angered the redhead, stole her tape, and bought property across from Phyllis’ hotel, Phyllis is now forced to listen to constant construction across the street. Abby has broken ground on Phyllis’ new competition. However, it looks like Phyllis may have something new up her sleeve.
This could get messy, being that Phyllis is back canoodling with Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow). Phyllis is in the lobby when Jack approaches. The two discuss their current life woes. Phyllis complains about Abby and the construction, and Jack tells Phyllis about Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and the stolen pitch.

Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) tells Phyllis all about how Theo got fired, and Phyllis explains that she thought that Theo was up to no good. The two become nostalgic about their own youth and their bad decisions. They hope that Theo grows up sooner than they did. Jack believes that Theo is a good person underneath his bad decisions. In a turn of irony, considering the two said they learned from their “bad decisions,” Phyllis admits to Jack that she and Nick are back together. Jack tells her not to mess the relationship up.

However, Jack gets a call from Jabot that they had found fossils in the ground underneath their construction. They had to close the site. Jack leaves, however, not soon enough for this to plant a seed in Phyllis’ head. She thinks, “Bones…” And, just like that, it looks like Phyllis is back to scheming again. Do you think Phyllis will use this as an opportunity to get Abby’s construction shut down? Do you think that Phyllis will reign here – or will she blow her relationship up with Nick yet again?
