CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers find that viewers haven’t had the opportunity to catch up on current episodes during the coronavirus pandemic. Thankfully, producers have offered old school episodes to make up for the filming hiatus, and Y&R veterans have taken to social media to provide stories, updates, and life news for fans that need their Y&R fix! Doug Davidson, who plays Paul Williams, recently took to his online platform to share some fun news.
By searching @dougdavisonyr on Instagram, viewers have the opportunity to watch Davidson’s recaps. On June 11, he posted a photo saying, “The Stories Behind the Stories with Doug Davidson”. The caption wrote, “Tune in TOMORROW for Episode 2 of The Stories Behind The Stories! Right here on IGTV.” Davidson began his stories on May 29th with a deeper understanding of Paul and Cassandra. His caption read, “The Stories Behind the Stories – Episode 1. Paul and Cassandra Part 1 Thank you so much for the talents of Joy Mathys @joymathys and @cassandradavidson who made this possible.”

CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Doug Davidson Is Full Of Stories
During this update, Paul was in love and thriving in his career. Davidson touches on how high the production costs were during the 1980s. He released Episode 2 on June 11, where he posted more information about Paul and Cassandra. He recalled other big-time movies and TV shows that were filmed in the same location as his love montage. Davidson gives a recap of his love story with Cassandra Rawlins before moving onto Episode 3 where he recaps the other actors stories.
Side note: I think Doug Davidson manages to get better looking with age! It’s clear how passionate Davidson is about his career and his time spent on YR. With rumors flowing, there’s speculation that Davidson may be off the soap for the time being.
