CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers reveal that while everyone is stuck somewhere because of the storm, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) is stuck at the Newman ranch with Victor Newman (Eric Braeden). Making way for some tense discussions and questions about Adam’s potential role in Newman Enterprises. However, it may not be Adam that get’s him in position with Victor. Chelsea Lawson (Melissa Claire Egan) may have something to do with the outcome, as she talks to Victor about Adam.
Adam has been screaming his case to Victor over the last few days. He tells him he’s ready, he has the skill set, he knows the job. Victor, on the other hand, is still unsure about giving Adam the keys to the car sort to speak. Unfortunately, the storm keeps knocking over trees on the ranch as well, and they’ve had their conversation interrupted twice already. Is Adam going to get what he wants though?

CBS ‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Did Chelsea Just Talk Victor Into Giving Adam The Job?
Adam has tried presenting his case twice so far but the storm keeps interrupting them. Victor even tells Adam he has the ability to handle the job, attributing his academic accomplishments. However, Victor tells him there’s one more prerequisite to the job. He has to be able to trust Adam. This is where Victor has an issue deciding if Adam is right for the job.
While Adam is in the kitchen, Chelsea walks in and speaks to Victor about it. She lets him know that even though Adam would never tell him, he would love nothing more than having Victor’s acceptance. Victor tells her he’s like to give that to Adam, but it’s a tough decision. Though, something Chelsea said may have stuck in Victor’s mind. Did she just help Adam get the job? What do you think?
