It all begins when Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan) angrily confronts Phyllis about selling her shares of the Grand Phoenix. Nick observes the two women arguing and when Phyllis storms away, Nick approaches her.

Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actor Joshua Morrow, who plays Nick Newman on the hit CBS soap, puts it this way, “Nick doesn’t know what’s going on except that those two have been at each other’s throats for a while. He likes to tease Phyllis, so he tells her that he’s pretty confident that whatever they were arguing about, she’s to blame. He knows who she is and it’s not a surprise whenever she stirs up the pot with someone.”
However, ‘Young and the Restless’ spoilers tease that what comes next will leave Nick pretty surprised – and maybe even wanting more. That’s because Phyllis will take the opportunity to plant a very passionate kiss on Nick’s lips. While he’s taken aback, he also kind of likes it how Phyllis is taking control here.
With that said, it will be interesting to see what will happen next between Nick and Phyllis. Can Genoa City even handle this kind of reunion between two very volatile – and even potentially manipulative while also slightly immature and power hungry – people?
