CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers update for March 20th, 2020 indicate that Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) will finally open up to Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks) about what exactly her diagnosis is after an unexpected house call from Dr. Penny Escobar (Monica Ruiz) who was going to try and get her to confess to Wyatt anyway about what she had. The thing is, Wyatt already knows but when she tells him he’s going to have to act surprised (and let’s hope he’s a good actor) because honey, he been know! Of course that doesn’t mean that we’re going to get a name for her diagnosis, she could just hem and haw and tell him the reasons why she kept it from him for so long instead of actually putting a name to it. (OH COME ON JUST SAY IT ALREADY!)

Even though Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) wanted to remain tough and power through this whole thing and not tell Wyatt anything about it until he had to call 911 when he discovered her body (wow, kinda heartless there, Sally!) she’ll probably be relieved on some level that she got the whole thing out in the open… at least I hope she is. The only good thing I see about this is that at least Wyatt won’t be surprised one morning when he discovers her lifeless body in the bathroom, having passed away after just brushing her teeth. But even with the relief she’s feeling, she’ll still be mad as hell at Dr. Escobar for basically forcing her hand in regards to confessing to Wyatt. Wait, isn’t there some kind of patient/doctor confidentiality laws that she could be breaking here?q

CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers for March 20: Quinn’s going to broadcast the kiss for all to see!
Looks like it’s Quinn Forrester’s (Rena Sofer) lucky day, she feels like she’s on top of the world since she got that video of Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang) and Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) kissing but now she’ll be presented with a special opportunity by hubby Eric Forrester (John McCook). He will inform her about Ridge Forrester’s (Thorsten Kaye) digital picture frame and Quinn will use that to upload the incriminating evidence and literally blow Brooke’s world apart. Not only that but Quinn plans to regale everyone of the tale of The Big Kiss between the two at the upcoming party next week. I can’t wait! Stay tuned!!!
