CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) Spoilers suggest that Sheila Carter (Kimberlin Brown) may have let the cat out of the bag. Everyone has been wondering how she managed to get Bill Spencer (Don Diamont) under her spell. They have told family and friends that they are deeply in love. Shelia swears that she is the only one who appreciates Bill and Bill says Sheila is the only one who won’t run out on him. But is there more to the story?

Everyone who hears about Bill and Shelia are incredulous. They express disbelief regarding the new couple in town. Not only have they felt shocked, but they have also gone to try to talk Bill out of this potentially disastrous decision. Brooke Logan Forrester (Katherine Kelly Lang) called Bill out, saying, “This isn’t you.” She pointed out that Bill wouldn’t speak for himself but just lets Sheila do all the talking.
She also mentioned the necklace around his neck, which Bill put back on after she and Katie Logan (Heather Tom) rejected him. It was a symbol of his determination and his ruthlessness. He feels he needs this protection again even though Brooke says he does not. While Sheila and Bill say that they love each other and are there for one other, it’s such an unbelievable connection that no one can believe its veracity. Everyone thinks that Shelia is up to something.

It was sneaky and subtle, but Shelia admitted being the master planner in her situation. This was not accidental, like she professes to others. In a conversation with her old flame, Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kannan) at Il Giardino, he asks her how she got out and how she and Bill happened. She dodges him for the most part, not providing many details. However, when he says, “It is a miracle”, she replies, “Miracles don’t just happen. I make miracles happen.”
Since it is fairly preposterous that Bill would fall for Shelia and help her in this way and he does not seem to be acting like himself, it is plausible that she did something to him mentally or physically. Since he is acting strangely, this seems more likely than just a case of blackmail. While the details are still not clear, Shelia’s admission is huge. She made all of this happen and she has a purpose and a goal.
