As a matter of fact, it looks like she would make a better daytime television actress than a designer at Forrester Creations, seeing how she just put on the best act of her life. Before Flo Fulton (Katrina Bowden) entered the picture, Sally was in a loving relationship with Wyatt Spencer (Darin Brooks). In fact, the two of them spent more time snuggling up under the sheets at his beach house than anything else. But the moment that Flo Fulton entered the scene, things changed. Wyatt realized that he still had feelings for his former high school sweetheart.

CBS ‘The Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Sally Spectra – Does She Deserve To Stay At Forrester Creations? Future At Risk
After one thing led to another, Sally Spectra started to have mysterious but at the same time serious symptoms. It was assumed that she had an underlying disease, and it was one that her previous doctor could not diagnose for some reason. However, her good friend Dr. Escobar did and apparently, there was more to this illness that the doctor knew about, but kept to herself.
It turns out that Sally was apparently ‘faking’ her illness in order to garner sympathy from her ex, Wyatt Spencer. For the most part, it worked out. That’s because Wyatt decided to put his relationship with Flo on hold just so he could ask Sally to move in with her and take care of her.
With that said, it will only be a matter of time before the entire truth comes out and when it does, it’s safe to say that Sally’s life and career in this fictional town of Los Angeles is over. No one will be able to forgive her for this, no matter how hard she tries to redeem herself. Let’s just say that when Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) finds out about this, she is going to give her more than an earful.
