British Royal News reveal that it was a bizarre afternoon at Abbey Road Studios, as Prince Harry and Jon Bon Jovi joined forces to create a song for the upcoming Invictus Games. The prince along with the music legend and Invictus Game Choir were in attendance to record a version of the rock star’s son ‘Unbroken’.

Harry will step down from royal duties at the end of next month, but he posted a video of the two of them in the recording studio during rehearsals. There was also a photo opportunity later in the day when Harry and Bon Jovi were pictured walking across the iconic zebra crossing, which was used on The Beatles famous record cover.

British Royal News: Could Harry Sing?

Both men were pictured together before going into the iconic record studio. They were then given a tour of the establishment, as they were shown where Studio 2 was. That was the iconic room that The Beatles recorded their music in during the 60s.

Abbey Road also posted a short teaser of the two men in action, but the video stopped before either of them started singing. Harry and Bon Jovi have been in discussions surrounding using the song for the event for the past number of months, with Bon Jovi adding that Harry was keen to record the song alongside him.

The Invictus Games was created by Harry and encouraged injured or wounded military personal to compete in an Olympic-style competition. The games this year will be taking place between the 9th and 16th May in The Hague, Netherlands.

Bon Jovi already has a close relationship with the games, after his parents both served in the US military. The song is due to be released in March, with all proceeds from the record going to charity. For any other soap opera and entertainment news, please visit Daily Soap Dish.
