British Royal News finds that it has been reported in the British press that Meghan Markle will not be returning to the United Kingdom. The couple shocked the world with their statement that they would be stepping down, but now it looks like Harry will be attending the final meetings before stepping down alone.

The couple are invited to attend the annual Commonwealth Service, which will take place in March, but this is expected to be the final time that Meghan will be seen attending a royal meeting for the time being, as she has no intention in returning to the UK.

British Royal News: Meghan Not Returning

The news that has been reported would be a shock for many, as they would have hoped to see Meghan alongside her husband at the upcoming events. However, it is now expected that Harry will be attending events such as the London Marathon in April by himself. The couple are also scheduled to appear together at the Invictus Games in May. They are set to attend this date together.

It has also been revealed that the door has been left open for them to return as members of the Royal Family in the future if they decide to change their mind. But, no U-turn is expected at this point in time. These reports were released the same day as a statement published by Meghan and Harry regarding their Sussex Royal titles.

The statement wasn’t the only news from the palace today, as it has also emerged that senior figures from the military have told the press that they don’t want to see Prince Andrew at Trooping the Colour this year. This years event is due to take place on the 13th of June. There has been no official comment from the palace at this time.

The prince has been pushed into taking a step back from royal duties following the fallout from the disastrous interview he gave regarding his relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. The royals that attend the event will watch on as there is a 41-gun salute by the King’s Troop. The Queen will be in attendance for the event, and Prince William and Kate Middleton will also be there. For any other soap opera and entertainment news, please visit Daily Soap Dish.
