Meghan Is Excited To See A Woman Of Mixed Race Run For President
She could be the Ambassador of the United States of America to the Court of St. James. This role would mean she was the official representative of the US president and the American government to the monarch.
Kamala mentioned that she was impressed by Meghan’s work on the Black Lives Matter movement, a social movement that combats racism and police brutality among black people.
Meghan is excited that a woman and someone of mixed race is representing the democratic party and could be the next president of the United States.
In an August 2020 interview of her now-canceled Archetypes podcast, Meghan sat down with feminist Gloria Steinem.
She discussed Kamala Harris’s role in American politics with her. Steinem addressed the importance of having the first non-white female vice presidential candidate.
“The heart of the democratic party has been black women,” Steinem pointed out. “And now there is a potential vice president who is black, and that’s exciting.”
“I’m so excited to see that kind of representation,”
She exclaimed. And here it comes,
“You know, for me, being biracial, growing up, whether it was a doll or a person in office, you need to see someone who looks like you in some capacity,”
“And many of us believe, you can only be what you see. And in the absence of that, how can you aspire to something greater than what you see in your own world?”
She said.
Meghan Markle Has Been Suggested as A Potential Democratic President
The Duchess of Sussex has been suggested as a Democratic candidate in future elections and is set to endorse Kamala.
This time isn’t the first we’ve heard of Meghan’s political ambitions. Her name was tossed around to replace Senator Dianne Feinstein.
Prince Harry and Meghan’s recent trip to Nigeria fueled rumors that she’s vying for some kind of political role. They visited a local charity, met with military leaders, and spoke about mental health. She also made Nigerians think she was a Princess.

The most likely way for Harry to become a US citizen is if Kamala beats Trump, as Trump has repeatedly remarked that he would send Harry back to where he came from.
Harry’s US citizenship would need to happen first. Trump had no political experience before becoming president, and Meghan has no experience either. But her name could open doors.
Increased activism and support for the LGBTQ + community could help her bid should she ever run for office.
Meghan already openly champions women’s rights, which is a big plus for a Democratic candidate.
A more significant role in the Invictus Games could also benefit her because it shows that she supports our military heroes.
If Meghan took an active political role, it would be a nightmare for the royal family. With the name Duchess of Sussex, she’s not supposed to be involved in politics. But since when has Meghan followed the rules?
