British royal family news has revealed that the relationship between Prince Harry and Prince William has thawed over recent weeks. Fans of the royals will be aware that the relationship between the brothers had never been worse than it was when Harry revealed that he and Meghan would be stepping back from royal duties at the beginning of the year.
However, Katie Nicholl has now revealed to Entertainment Tonight that the relationship between the brothers has improved throughout the period of lockdown. She revealed that they have been speaking more, and have even communicated through video chats during the pandemic. The news would be welcomed by royal fans, as their relationship was previously very strong and they have been through an awful lot together.
British Royal Family News: What Brought The Brothers Together?
Nicholl admitted that the brothers did fall out, and that they have been through a ‘rift’ over the past couple of years. However, she admitted that they were forced to build bridges during the pandemic after Prince Charles revealed that he had coronavirus. Nicholl revealed that this forced the brother to get back in touch.
Of course, that can’t have been easy to organise a video call with the time difference and the fact that their wives were at odds with each other. However, Nicholl also claimed that she believed that the feud between Kate and Meghan was also over. She revealed that their disagreements were a thing of the past, and that they were looking forward to moving on with their lives.
British Royal Family News: Zoom Chats To Mark Birthdays
It is also believed that the royals were able to bury the hatchet and organise a Zoom chat to celebrate Archie’s birthday. Meghan and Harry’s son turned one a few weeks ago, but was forced to celebrate the day at home with his parents.
The lockdown meant that he was unable to see any of his family in person. However, the reports have revealed that all royals spoke to Archie to mark his special day. The Queen is also likely to be denied seeing her great-grandson this summer, as it was revealed that travel restrictions are unlikely to be lifted before the summer. That would mean that Harry and Meghan would be unable to travel to England as planned.
