British Royal Family News says that Prince William and Kate Middleton won’t be sending their daughter Princess Charlotte back to school even though many children her age will be going back to primary school in the coming weeks. Instead, they are opting to keep her at home with the rest of the family.
Prince William and Kate Middleton have been homeschooling their children Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis all at home since the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic. Early this month during an interview with ITV’s This Morning, the Duchess of Cambridge admitted that she was finding it rather difficult homeschooling her children while also putting in her official royal engagement work with her multiple Zoom calls each week. In other words, Kate is just like all of the other parents out there who are struggling to work from home while also taking care of their children’s educational needs.

Kate said during the interview, “Yeah it’s really hard, we haven’t done a huge amount of FaceTime and face calls and things like that but we’re doing a lot of that now and actually it’s been really great,” Middleton said. “We sort of try and check in daily with family members and speak to them about news and things like that.”
However, Kate did mention that her family is staying in contact with all of their loved ones despite the fact that they haven’t seen them face-to-face in many weeks now. Prince William and Kate Middleton have been isolating with their children at their Norfolk home while Queen Elizabeth has been at Windsor Castle. Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles, meanwhile, have been at Balmoral Castle in Scotland since mid-March.
“In some ways I suppose we’ve got a lot more contact a lot more FaceTime than perhaps you would have done before, but it really is difficult…it’s hard to explain for a 5 and a 6 nearly 7-year-old what’s going on. But no the schools have been great in supporting them as well, so…no, hard times but we’ve got the support out there I think.”
