British Royal Family News says that Kate Middleton might be complaining that she is feeling stressed, exhausted and overworked behind the scenes but apparently, that’s not the case at all. As a matter of fact, there’s a new report that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge haven’t worked any more or any harder in the first quarter of 2020 than compared to their 2019 stats. Here’s what you need to know.

An embarrassing profile from Tatler Magazine suggests that Kate Middleton is none too pleased with the fact that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle decided to ‘Megxit’ from the royal family because they apparently dumped all of their royal workload on her. As a result, the Duchess of Cambridge has been feeling stressed and exhausted beyond measure.

But according to Britain’s The Times, there is no evidence that suggests Kate Middleton is putting in additional hours into her royal engagements and public appearances. What’s more, it’s been noted that ever since the coronavirus quarantine has forced everyone in the UK to shelter in place, both Prince William and Kate Middleton have been working from the comfort of their own home in Norfolk. In fact, the only thing they have been doing is connecting with their patronages and charities via Zoom calls.

The Times writes, “Figures compiled for the first quarter of 2020, when the Cambridges were active but the Sussexes had withdrawn to North America, show that William and Kate carried out a similar number of engagements as they had in the same period last year. In Britain, William carried out 44 engagements between January and March this year, one more than he did in the same period in 2019 despite the disruption caused by Covid-19 at the end of March. Catherine’s fell from 35 to 29.”
