British Royal Family News reveal that Kate Middleton has offered the British public some much-needed hope during their struggles in the pandemic.

While she was promoting a book entitled, Hold Still: A Portrait of Our Nation in 2020, Kate left an emotional note in the book to give some positivity to those who need it most. The note stated: “When we look back at the COVID-19 pandemic in decades to come, we will think of the challenges we all faced – the loved ones we lost, the extended isolation from our families and friends and the strain placed on our key workers.”

Kate is no stranger to those struggles, though. She had witnessed Prince Philip being admitted to hospital, which would have been exacerbated by the fact that it happened during the pandemic. Not only that, but from a metaphorical sense, she has lost some of her wider family as Prince Harry and Meghan Markle hardly see her as a ‘trusted’ family member.

And yet, Kate encouraged people to look to the positives. The note added: “But we will also remember the positives: the incredible acts of kindness, the helpers and heroes who emerged from all walks of life, and how together we adapted to a new normal.” And it seems Kate is hell-bent on creating memories despite the struggles within the Royals. She has reportedly taken on more responsibility of looking after her kids, which would allow Prince William to focus on repairing his relationship with Harry.

With that, her following words were telling: “Through Hold Still, I wanted to use the power of photography to create a lasting record of what we were all experiencing – to capture individuals’ stories and document significant moments for families and communities.” It is one thing offering some positivity, but it is another entirely different thing to act on it.

Kate will have a chance to mend some relationships as Harry is due to travel to the UK later in July to help commemorate his late mother, Princess Diana. A statute is set to be unveiled in her honour, and there is no better time for Kate to offer an olive branch. With Meghan likely to be absent, there should be no excuses.
