The episode kicks off with Liam Spencer (Scott Clifton) getting some unexpected news from his father, Bill Spencer (Don Diamont). That’s because Bill proposes to his son that he rejoin the family at Spencer Publications. Is this an offer that he can refuse? Elsewhere, it looks like Zoe Buckingham (Kiara Barnes) is making her moves on an unsuspecting Thomas Forrester (Matthew Atkinson). Will she be able to dupe Thomas into getting what she wants?

Even though he wasn’t very present during the entire baby swap scandal, Bill Spencer is stepping it up as a father and giving his son an offer that he can’t refuse. He wants him to be part of the family again – and that’s the Spencer Publications Family. Will Liam let bygones be bygones while also swallowing his pride and saying yes to Bill? It’s something that he is going to have to think long and hard about, as working so closely with Dollar Bill Spencer definitely has its pros and cons.

Also, Zoe is proving that she’s someone who doesn’t take second chances for granted. She puts her moves on Thomas Forrester and before the two of them know it, they are sharing a passionate kiss. Of course, this might be the result of one of two things. Either Zoe is trying to play her cards right this time or she truly does believe that Thomas is a good person. After all, he seems to be the only person in this fictional town of Los Angeles that is showing any kindness to her. Kindness and help are two things that Zoe could definitely use these days.
In other news, Steffy Forrester (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) will continue to bond with Liam, as Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) is too busy trying to adopt a child that isn’t her own. Little does Hope know that while she is trying to gain a family member, she is about to lose another.
