Bold and the Beautiful (B&B) spoilers indicate that star Don Diamont (Bill Spencer) has just shared a shirtless throwback photo that you’ve got to see. Flanked by his grandparents in a picture that was taken in the late 1970s, Don took a moment to share a very special tidbit about his family history. Here’s what he has to say.

Looking very handsome (but then again we don’t think we’ve ever seen a photo of Don that doesn’t look handsome), the soap star wrote, “A late FBF photo from 78/79 with my beloved maternal grandparents, Alexander and Lena. My brother, sisters, and I called them Nanny and Poppy. Poppy was a character with a big personality. He was a master diamond cutter who cleaved the famous Earth Star Diamond, and appeared on the Mike Douglas Show to display it to the country. He was also a tremendous athlete as an AAU gymnast who was elected to the Gymnastics Hall of Fame. Even at 80 he was incredibly fit. @zanderdiamont is his namesake. Didn’t really think about it at the time, but Alexander (I don’t call him Zander) had a lot to live up to. He’s doing a pretty good job so far.”
You can just tell how much love and pride Don has for his grandfather. A lot of his social media followers commented on the photo with, “Beautiful family history! Thank you for sharing! Your grandfather would be so proud of you and your boys,” along with, “Lovely to hear about your family. Grandparents are Such an amazing part of all our lives. Mine have all passed now but believing we will all be together again one day In Heaven . God Bless your family also.” Aaron D. Spears, who plays Justin on The Bold and the Beautiful wrote, “Sounds like you got his personality bruh!!! A blast every time we touch the set… keep shinning!!!”
