'Bold and the Beautiful' Spoilers: Did Thomas Forrester Murder Caroline Spencer? Here's What You Need To Know!

‘Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers indicate that allegedly Caroline Spencer (Linsey Godfrey) died from complications of a blood clot due to her disease on B&B. But with Thomas Forrester’s (Matthew Atkinson) recent behavior, quite a few of us fans have been wondering…. was Emma Barber (Nia Sioux), really his first murder? Here’s what you need to know.

‘Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) Spoilers: Did Thomas Forrester Murder Caroline Spencer? Here’s What You Need To Know!

There’s no real evidence to point out that Thomas has killed before, and his wife did have a legit medical diagnosis. However, his obsessive behavior, and the fact that he’s zeroed in on Hope Logan (Annika Noelle) specifically instead of playing the field with a few rebounds like most guys would after such a tragedy is cause for worry.

‘Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) Spoilers: What if Thomas was the reason Caroline died?

Medically speaking, yes its entirely possible that someone could randomly die of a blood clot. Especially if their medical history states that they are prone to them, either genetically or from a disease that they happen to be suffering from. It was a known fact that Caroline had Hodgekins’ lymphoma, and that such a cancer is known to cause blood clots. So yes, there’s a medically sound reason for her death right there. However, you just have to wonder… could Thomas have helped that along in any way?

Every fiber of our being wants to say no, because he had a child with Caroline. A child that seems like he was very, very attached to his Mother and one would think that any good Dad would want the Mother of their children alive to see them grow up. But what if the marriage was not all that it seemed to be on the outside? What if Thomas was just as controlling and manipulative towards Caroline as he’s being toward Hope. Given Caroline’s history as quite the spicy meatball, and the fact that she’s broken up with Thomas before, one would be willing to bet that she wouldn’t be the type to take such behavior lying down.

‘Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) Spoilers: And maybe she didn’t.

If anything Caroline Spencer was spunky. She wouldn’t have been the type to put up with a bad marriage or a controlling husband. If she saw signs of it she probably would have been out of there and back on a plane to LA faster than you could blink an eye. But she didn’t just have herself to think about, she had little Douglas Forrester (Henry James Samiri) as well. As a Mother you have to carefully consider your options before running out on your partner, and maybe, if this theory is true, maybe that’s what she was doing when Thomas got wind of it.

I imagine the scene would play out something like this, say Caroline was doing something or had found a cause that was near and dear to her heart and was spending more time doing that and otherwise branching out rather than spending time with Thomas. With as possessive as Thomas is over Hope, one can easily see how he would be doubly, almost unbearably so, over his wife.

‘Bold and the Beautiful’ Spoilers: Inducing A Bloodclot

But how could he have induced a bloodclot? An injury is possible, but so far Thomas hasn’t shown any physically abusive tendencies. If Caroline was on blood thinners however, it is possible that he could have switched her medication. However that is chancy, if her condition was in remission enough the chances of her randomly forming a blood clot would be slime, but still there.

However, no one has seen an actual coroner’s report on Caroline. Thomas says that a blood clot happened, but none of the Spencer clan was around to see what went on between those two behind closed doors. He covered up Emma’s death, so it’s entirely possible he could have covered up his wife’s death as well. Did Thomas murder his wife? Stay tuned!
