‘Bold and the Beautiful’ (B&B) spoilers indicate that Darin Brooks (Wyatt Spencer) had a happy but a sad birthday at the same time. It was a day to remember because he spent it with all of his loved ones. But at the same time, he and his wife Kelly Kruger (Mackenzie on The Young and the Restless) are grieving the loss of their 17-year-old pug, Maddy. Here’s what you need to know.

Sharing several throwback photos of him and his wife Kelly Kruger along with their pups, Darin wrote, “Thank you to everyone for the birthday wishes yesterday!!! Honestly, I love you all and I appreciate all of the love!!! But unfortunately, we had to say goodbye to one of our lil family the night before… Maddy, our pug, was 17 years old. She was a character. Strong, loving, sometimes ornery and had a ‘wont take no for an answer’ spunk (especially when it came to food)…”
He also added, “ But she was 17, like I said, and was only in my life for 10 of them but still, she was my lil one. She farted and sneezed. She farted and shook. She basically farted and did everything at the same time! And I know she just wanted her mom @kellylkruger to be happy…”
Awww! As much as Darin and Kelly love and miss their Maddy, it’s great to see that she had a wonderful life with her human parents. Seeing how much practice they’ve already had with their dogs, we have a feeling that Darin Brooks and Kelly Kruger are going to make excellent parents.
