Classic Dance Movie, “Honey” IS Now Streaming On Netflix
In an interview in 2013, Jessica Alba talked about the importance of “Honey” to her, saying: “I used to be quiet and listen to the director and nod my head and try to please him, and in the end, I always felt dissatisfied with the result. It didn’t quite fit. Dance movies inspired me when I was a kid, and I wanted to see that for the kids these days, for their generation. They don’t have the Flashdance or the Fame or the Dirty Dancing.” She added.
She said that when they collaborate, it just feels better, and the outcome is always better because she puts her whole heart in it. She also said she wanted the movie to be something inspirational and uplifting, and something about people following their dreams. She wanted it to be a movie that she’d want to see.
