Judge Brenda Penney has done one thing right, as far as Britney Spears’ conservatorship goes. Jamie Spears has been asking for a reserve in order to pay his continued legal fees out of Britney’s money, well the judge just put her foot down and said that Jamie Spears was not entitled to that money.

Penney ruled that while a reserve just for legal expenses would not be created, the possibility of paying those legal fees out of Britney’s Estate would be revisited at a later date in a court date set for July.

Penney also ruled that the petition to end the conservatorship filed by former conservator Jodi Montgomery be sealed to protect Britney’s personal and medical information, the fees incurred by Montgomery and her lawyer are not under contest at this point, meaning, they will probably be paid.

Weingarten, the attorney for Jamie Spears, however kept demanding that the judge unseal the documents that Jodi Montgomery had filed to prove that Jamie Spears had done nothing wrong, however Rosengart maintained that a Father who truly loved his daughter would not want her personal and medical information out there in the public like that, and he has a point.

Jamie Spears isn’t the only one that is still after Britney for money, it looks like Mom Lynne Spears is filing her own petition to get legal fees paid by Britney in a hearing that is slated for March 16th. Matthew Rosengart, attorney for Britney Spears, alleges that during the conservatorship Jamie Spears had monitored, captured, and otherwise reviewed Ms.

Spears therapy notes. Something that is highly questionable considering that Britney is a fully grown adult with her own agency, normally reviewing such notes is a violation of doctor and patient confidentiality but through the conservatorship, Jamie Spears was allowed access to things that he otherwise would not be.

Today proves that the judge is not playing around, and unless Britney is feeling particularly charitable, Jamie Spears may be looking to set up his own gofundme in order to pay for all of those legal fees that he racked up… though, good luck finding people to actually contribute. Stay tuned!!!
