Judging from Gabby Petito’s IG post dated July 10th, a month into her ill-fated trip with now ex-boyfriend, Brian Laundrie, she posted a picture on her instagram that had her in a tank top with her back to the camera, however on her back right shoulder there is a pretty large, visible bruise.
This could have been from just a fall, after all, Gabby was an active hiker and she was kind of used to bumps and bruises one would get along the trail.

However, the position of this injury was a little odd, and the mark was big, one might could make the argument that at one point she had hit a wall with great force. She could have fallen on the trail, and it could have just been a case in which she was a silent victim. Until we find Brian Laundrie alive, we won’t know the truth.
There’s also suspicion about why he went to empty out the storage locker. He flew home to empty out a storage locker, claiming he wanted to save money, but at the same time, flying home was a $800-900 expense that could have probably kept that storage locker for nearly a year, depending on the price.
Also, why did he have to fly home to empty it out, could he have not sent his parents or sister to do it for him and ship him the contents that he needed? Was there something in the storage locker that he desperately didn’t want his family to find? It seems a little odd that he’d be flying all the way down to Florida to empty a storage locker and then fly right back.
He emptied the locker, then turned around 4 days later and flew right back to be with Gabby, which is another expensive ticket. He also didn’t bring Gabby with him, she stayed with their van, I’m assuming, or in a hotel.
In some true crime circles it’s been speculated that this isn’t the first time that Brian’s family has covered up for him, seeing as they’re so mum about everything right now. It seems a little too… professional.
This also begs the question of what did Gabby know? And could that be the reason that she’s no longer with us? Just speculation, but some food for thought nonetheless. Stay tuned!
