Dana Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant) won’t forget Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle)’s betrayal.
‘Beyond the Gates’ Weekly Spoilers Monday, May 12-Friday, May 16 Update: Leslie Plots to Destroy Eva’s life and Bond with Ted by Using Kat; Anita Turns Down Vernon’s Offer
When she sees Eva building a relationship with Ted Richardson (Maurice Johnson), Dana will put her plan into motion.
Like attracts like, so Dana will use Kat Richardson (Colby Muhammad)’s anger and jealousy to her advantage.
She’ll tell Kat that Eva is the one who ran Laura Peterson (Destiny Love) off the road.
Kat will eat this up without a second thought, and the game begins!
Speaking of games, there’s going to be some lighthearted moments with the Duprees.
It looks like Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) will attempt to set up a meeting or deal for Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie).
He’s fully supportive of her and wants to help her get back to singing and performing, but she’s not going to be a fan.
She’ll refuse him, but in the sweetest, cutest way possible.

‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers are loving how the characters have so many layers and always find a way to surprise us.
Dana had everything she wanted except the loyalty of the daughter she lied to. Instead of accepting she did something wrong, she’ll lash out to destroy Eva.
Seeing Eva growing closer with Ted will send her over the edge, and she’ll want to make everyone turn on Eva. After all, she has to learn her mother’s her only friend, right?
Mother of the year right there.
To do that, Dana will tell Kat that Eva ran Laura off the road to take her place. She’ll probably say she tried to stop her and so on.
The sad part is Kat may not believe her under other circumstances, but she’s always hated Eva so she’ll be all in.
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers for the week of Monday, May 12 to Friday, May 16: Anita would do anything but that for Vernon
This looks like a fun scene between the two. We love how they go back and forth. We can see the mutual respect and love coming from their chemistry.
We suspect Vernon will try to generate some positive momentum by nudging Anita toward returning to singing. They have one producer interested, but she won’t be.
She’ll decline Vernon’s effort with a play off Meatloaf’s song “I’d Do Anything for Love, But I Won’t Do That” by saying she’ll do anything for Vernon, but not that.
This looks like another fun week and we’re looking forward to it.
