‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers here and we’re ready for a visit to Fairmont Crest and have some fun spoilery goodies to share.
The episode for Thursday, April 23 looks like it’s going to be a fun one as we’re going to get some interesting angles.
Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon) will be fresh off an argument when Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom) offers him a deal.
We think Martin will argue with his campaign manager over his possible Senate run. He’s thinking ahead and it may be too far ahead for his people.
As for Joey, we suspect he’ll offer to make sure bodies stay buried if Marton accepts his donation.
Meanwhile, Ren Tolliver (Donny Carrington) will have some news for Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges), and it’ll cause Jacob and Smitty Smith (Mike Manning) panic.
The news will undoubtedly be that Grayson Perez (Jordi Vilasuso) was stabbed. Looks like it’s a message to Jacob, and things are going to get dicey.

We think Martin’s campaign manager thinks he’s thinking too far ahead. Or maybe Martin wants to switch to a Senate run now and not wait
Nicole Richardson (Daphnée Duplaix) is already up in arms about stopping him, so it could be her. Either way, it looks like Joey will see or hear the exchange.
He’ll offer Martin a deal he can’t refuse. Instead of a donation, Joey may offer to ensure the bodies remain buried.
After all, Martin and Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) never called the police and reported what happened. Instead, they buried it and now it could come back to haunt them again.
Considering it only happened a couple of years back means it’s still fresh in a lot of ways.
This will get interesting.

Well, it looks like Jacob and Smitty will understand what’s at stake now. Chances are, Ren had Jacob followed and he knows who he is and what’s going on.
Or he may just suspect Jacob of trying to run a con. Either way, Ren will inform him of Grayson’s ‘accident’.
He’ll reiterate the need for lessons, and may mention Smitty and Jacob’s families.
That’ll terrify both men, and Ren will assure them all is well as long as they don’t try anything stupid.
It shouldn’t take Smitty and Jacob long to trip up in some way.
