The episode for Tuesday, September 16 is going to be a fun episode with some duality context that will make things very interesting going forward.
Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson) is desperate to get Nicole Richardson (Daphnée Duplaix) back, but he’s hit a few snags.
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers Tuesday, September 16: Nicole Takes Smitty’s Words to Heart; Ted Deals with Sleeping with Leslie
The biggest is Leslie Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant), the reason for his current dilemma.
Things are going to go from bad to worse when he wakes up after sleeping with her, and he doesn’t know how bad yet.
It looks like Nicole will start to question her treatment of him after Smitty Smith (Mike Manning) turned her own argument against her.
All she wanted was to heal Smitty and Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon)’s marriage, and now she’s thinking of fixing her own.
This is going to be so much fun to watch and we have plenty of popcorn ready to go!
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers for Tuesday, 16: Ted’s in deep
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers love Ted, but he just can’t get out of his way, and this misstep is really bad.
Granted, we know why it’ll end up being bad and he was stumbling drunk when Leslie visited him.
That’s not an excuse, but he does have some wiggle room. The fact he and Nicole aren’t together adds some room, but given he’ll have to tell her about this that room will disappear.
We want to think he’ll learn from his past mistake, but even if he doesn’t Leslie will happily tell everyone about their night.
Poor Ted is so toast unless Nicole takes pity on him as Leslie’s victim.

What adds great balance to Ted faltering is how Nicole will think about what Smitty asked her. He simply used her own logic and argument against her, and it looks like it’ll work.
She’ll start wondering if she’s been too hard on Ted. Sure, it felt good and it’s understandable, but she was also cruel. As was her family.
They proved exactly what Bill Hamilton (Timon Kyle Durrett)’s been saying, but now she’ll have second thoughts.
Given the timing, we expect she’ll be ready to give it another chance just as Leslie will come in and taunt her about sleeping with Ted.
