‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers here and we’re ready for our daily visit in Fairmont Crest and we have plenty of fun spoilery goodies to share.
Now that we have the answers we’ve been waiting for, we get to watch the aftermath unfold on Thursday, July 17’s episode.
Martin Richardson (Brandon Claybon) opened up and told Smitty Smith (Mike Manning) everything he knows. But there’s more to come.
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers Thursday, July 17: Martin Moves in with his Grandparents; Jacob Tells Smitty About Kenny’s Death
Smitty wants to forgive him, but we don’t think he will after the last few weeks and then Kenny (Jason Vendryes)’s murder.
So, we think Martin will be checking into Hotel Dupree with his grandparents.
Things will get interesting as Jacob Hawthorne (Jibre Hordges) will have some more information to share with Smitty.
We think it could be that Kenny was found dead, but did Smitty have a chance to share his experience with Jacob?
More likely, we think it’ll be that Jacob will be removed from the case and he won’t understand why.
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers for Thursday, July 17: Smitty can’t take anymore
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers are caught in the middle of this one. We’re glad Martin came clean and we know the whole story, but we don’t want to see Smitty kick him out.
They have a fun dynamic with the kids, and it feels so wrong to break up the family. But then, that’s probably the response the show is hoping for.
Given Martin keeping secrets for the last few weeks and endangered their family, we think hearing that Kenny is dead will be too much for Smitty. Especially if Martin admits it was his family behind it.
So, he’ll move in with Vernon Dupree (Clifton Davis) and Anite Dupree (Tamara Tunie) for awhile.
We expect they’ll work to smooth things over between him and Smitty, but that could take some time.
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers for Thursday, July 17: Jacob has disturbing news
It looks like there will be plenty of ripples to come, and Jacob is going to be a harbinger as Smitty takes another blow.
We’re curious what news Jacob will have for him, but we think it’ll involve Kenny’s death in some way.
In the coming days, Jacob’s father will remove him from investigating Kenny’s case, we assume anyway. So maybe he already is, or he’ll tell Smitty about the death he’s investigating.
It’ll be a busboy from the club and that could help Smitty connect the dots.
There’s plenty of possibilities with this one, and we’re looking forward to seeing how it all plays out.
