The episode for Monday, June 6 looks like it’s going to be an interesting one as we get some more backstory and some fun manipulation.
Ted Richardson (Keith D. Robinson) and Eva Thomas (Ambyr Michelle) are going to have an interesting discussion about Leslie Thomas (Trisha Mann-Grant).
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers Monday, June 6: Ted and Eva Discuss Leslie’s Manipulations; Sharon Rips into Anita Over Their Past
The topic of their talk will be Leslie’s manipulations and it could get interesting. We don’t think Eva will tell him about having Leslie’s motorcycle helmet, but she may hint at having power over Leslie.
Meanwhile, Anita Dupree (Tamara Tunie) is going to deal with having her past dragged into the present. As expected, Sharon (Bonita Brisker) hasn’t been kind to Anita and we expect it’ll get far worse.
The main question is how bad will it get when Anita fights back?

‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers are looking forward to this exchange simply for the fact it’ll be fun to see father and daughter on the same page.
They’ll compare notes on what all Leslie has done over the years. It’ll help them figure out what she did, like run Laura Petersen (Destiny Love) off the road.
We doubt Eva will share what she knows. In fact, she’ll probably defend Leslie to an extent.
She still loves her mother, but we think it’s waning.
Leslie burned her main bridge when she threw suspicion on Eva for running Laura off the road, and that could resurface in a different way.
Now that Eva has Leslie’s motorcycle helmet, this could be Eva preparing for her response.
‘Beyond the Gates’ Spoilers for Monday, June 6: Skeletons in the closet
This is going to be a fun sequence as Anita and Sharon will work through their differences.
Well, maybe working through is a little generous. Sharon will be angry and confrontational, and Anita won’t be as contrite as maybe she should be.
There are times when we need to stay quiet and take our lumps, but that’s not what Anita will do.
She’ll fight back, and instead of letting Sharon blow off steam so they can move forward, Anita will defend herself and it’ll only add more angst.
We don’t blame Anita, but this it going to be a hard road to navigate as she’ll want to keep her past from destroying her future.
